Warranty & Returns

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days, Unopened Only)

If you change your mind about your purchase:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product price only.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Note: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Warranty Coverage (Official Website Orders Only)
  • Duration: 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • Covers: Non-artificial (non-human caused) quality issues, including:

    • Defects in materials or workmanship

    • Functional failures not caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Does NOT cover:

    • Damage from misuse, drops, impact, or improper storage

    • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Normal wear and tear from frequent or heavy use

3. Warranty Within 1 Month of Purchase
  • Unused products with confirmed quality issues:

    • Eligible for full refund or replacement.

  • Lightly used products with non-artificial quality issues:

    • Eligible for full refund or replacement after confirmation.

  • Frequently used products or human-caused damage:

    • Not covered under warranty.

4. Warranty After 14 Days but Within 1-Month Period
  • Unused products with confirmed quality issues:

    • Eligible for full refund or replacement.

    • Return shipping costs paid by the buyer.

  • Lightly used products with non-artificial quality issues:

    • Eligible for full refund or replacement after confirmation.

    • Return shipping costs paid by the buyer.

  • Frequently used products or human-caused damage:

    • Not covered under warranty.

5. Warranty After 3 Months
  • After 3 months, normal wear may reduce product performance.

  • Buzzco will evaluate the issue based on actual usage and product condition.

  • If the problem is confirmed as a Buzzco quality issue, we may offer appropriate compensation at our discretion, such as:

    • Partial refund

    • Discount on future purchase

    • Other solutions

6. Purchases From Other Channels
  • Warranty and after-sales support only apply to products purchased from the official Buzzco website.

  • Products bought from unauthorized channels, resellers, or third-party platforms are not covered.

7. Final Interpretation
  • Buzzco® reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.
