BUZZCO® WARRANTY POLICY

At BUZZCO®, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to enhance your daily life. Our warranty policy ensures that your purchase is protected against defects in materials and workmanship, giving you peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from BUZZCO® official stores (www.buzzcoofficial.com and www.buzzco.shop). It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. BUZZCO® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund any product found to be defective within the warranty period.

2. Warranty Period
- Standard Warranty: 1 month from the date of purchase for products bought on the official BUZZCO® website.
- Warranty coverage is valid only for unused or lightly used products under normal conditions. Any defect due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

3. What’s Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures not caused by misuse or accidents

4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or improper storage
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear from frequent or heavy use
- Consumable items (batteries, bulbs, etc.) unless explicitly stated
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms

5. How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

2. Provide photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable.
3. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Return shipping costs may be covered by BUZZCO® if the defect is confirmed. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights
For customers in the European Union, you may also have rights under the 14-day cooling-off period, which allows cancellation or return of items for any reason within 14 days of receipt. This is separate from the BUZZCO® warranty coverage.

7. Final Interpretation
BUZZCO® reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from official BUZZCO® stores.
